Life comes with its difficulties and traumas. At these times we need support and sometimes we turn to family and friends and sometimes we need more. One of the ways is to turn to a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist, who can offer a different way of looking at your issues in order to make changes and/or look at these issues in greater depth


My Approach

I believe in the importance of working collaboratively together and to explore the material that you bring. My approach is integrative with my main way of working being person/ client centred. This means that we will explore, in depth, the issues that you bring with an emphasis on what is called the relationship. We would explore your feelings, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs and also focus on what is working well in your life in order to empower you to make changes.

I am based in Putney,London and in Christchurch,Dorset,both easily accessed via public transport. Both have parking near by. I also offer sessions in Clapham, London and in Wimbledon, London.

i also offer a one off assessment to help you decide which way to go forward.
